BORN IN A CROSSFIRE HURRICANE x2 – Artist Jeff Quigley

Latest artworks by Jeff Quigley – Another two paintings finished (very early) for the next members exhibition in mid October 2024

Born in a crossfire hurricane,
And I howled at the morning driving rain
But it’s all right now, in fact, it’s a gas
But it’s all right, I’m Jumpin’ Jack Flash
It’s a gas, gas, gas

I just love the greatest rock n roll band in the world. The Stones. The band that introduced me to the Blues. These two framed paintings are rather large, each 58cm by 88cm, acrylic on canvas and are a package deal. The reason for two pieces is because our next Members Exhibition is Themed 2 on 2. Members will create two similar artworks which will be displayed side by side.

Mine, Ronnie and Mick, and ‘Keef’ and the late Charlie Watts.

If you have not visited the Local Emu Park Gallery and Gift Shop then I highly recommend that you do so. Admission is FREE and the Gallery is open from Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm
